Requirements
Requirements
- Experience with MS Navision of any version at least 80% of the last job and at least 2 years without interruption
- Understanding of NAV architecture: tables and keys, forms/pages, reports, codeunit, dataport/xmlport, documents and postings, access rights
- Basic level reading of C/AL code: understanding triggers (OnValidate/OnInsert/OnModify), locating the source of postings/checks, localizing the cause of defects with the developer
- Experience in supporting experienced/industrial operation: incident analysis, reproduction, artifact collection (screenshots, steps, logs)
- SQL: basic queries in MS SQL Server (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY), data verification and calculation/posting results, comparison of 'expected-fact'
- Working with data, preparing test data and analyzing production data for compliance with the developed functionality.
