Description
Soneric is a team developing software for the telecommunications industry — from high-tech 5G mobile core network products to client services and tools for operators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests for backend and API services in Python
- Create test plans, test cases, testing reports, apply test design techniques, trace requirements
- Integrate test scenarios into CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in designing test framework architecture and tools
- Automate testing of network interactions and protocols
- Work with databases, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), microservices architecture
- Analyze testing results, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements
- Support releases
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and DevOps to ensure quality at all stages of development
Requirements
- Experience in software testing and automation in Python
- Proficient in Python, understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming
- Experience with frameworks: Pytest, Unittest
- Experience with version control systems — Git
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, experience integrating tests into pipelines
- Experience with Linux, terminal, basic commands
