About this role

Elliptic is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of key account executives in navigating cryptocurrency compliance and regulatory environments. Ideal candidates have a technology background and experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies.

About the Role

Elliptic is the leader in digital asset decisioning, building the most comprehensive platform for extracting crypto data and intelligence across blockchains. We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial team and manage a team of key account executives. Your team will be responsible for helping prospective customers navigate cryptocurrency compliance and regulatory environments, clearly communicating Elliptic's AML/KYC and Forensics Platform features and benefits.

You come from a technology background, selling SaaS solutions to enterprise companies, and you've managed high performing teams who continually exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota
  • Lead, motivate and develop the US sales team
  • Ensure that team and individual reports' targets are achieved
  • Forecast targets accurately
  • Take lead on recruitment of additional resources as we grow the sales presence in the US
  • Develop net new business and expand existing book of business
  • Represent Elliptic in senior meetings with C-Level executives at large global financial institutions
  • Build out strategic territory plan, prospect, and manage full sales cycle
  • Prospect and generate high quality leads
  • Develop custom proposals with the help of the strategy team
  • Conduct in person presentations and product demos
  • Negotiate terms and close the business
  • Work alongside Client Services to develop deeper relationships and upsell to set and hit aggressive revenue goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing sales teams executing business with 50-250K ACV's
  • 10+ years full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Ability to manage business strategy and pipeline with both high velocity short sales cycle MM business as well as complex long sales cycle high dollar ENT business
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of generating net new business, and coaching team members in techniques to do the same
  • Demonstrated track record of individual & team success and quota over achievement — top 10% performer
  • Personal achievement of sales campaigns/deals of $1,000,000 USD or more
  • Strong work ethic and an entrepreneur's mindset
  • Comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient
