Join Coinbase as a Regional Threat Assessment Manager to lead threat assessment and management, ensuring the safety of employees and operations. This remote role requires 7+ years of experience in security functions.

- Own end-to-end threat case management for your region.
- Lead structured behavioral threat assessments using Coinbase methodologies.
- Drive intelligence-led incident response during active incidents.
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate response actions.
- Produce decision-ready briefings and assessments for security leadership.
- Strengthen regional program maturity by improving processes and mentoring peers.
- 7+ years of experience in threat assessment and management or related security functions.
- Track record as a senior individual contributor and regional SME.
- Ability to conduct threat investigations and translate information into assessments.
- Proficiency with case management and intelligence tools.
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement and managing investigative referrals.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
- Target annual base salary: $105K-$175K.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (medical, dental, vision).
