- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs.
- Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech.
- Build scalable interviewer enablement programs.
- Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs.
- Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs.
- Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools.
- 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs.
- Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks.
- Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness.
- Strong preference for background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
- Base salary range: $166,345 — $195,700 USD.
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
