Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Financial, cross-border, and liquidity risks:

- Control balances in bank accounts, PSP, and TPP. - Manage currency risk (FX) and minimize losses during multi-currency conversions and settlements between Europe and Asia. - Assess the financial stability of counterparties, including banks, payment gateways, and large merchants.

• Regulatory compliance, methodology, and standards:

- Adapt risk management policies to meet PSD2/PSD3 requirements and local regulators in Asia, including MAS in Singapore and HKMA in Hong Kong. - Prepare regular reports on operational losses and financial stability for top management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management.
• Experience in FinTech, EMI, payment institutions, or banks.
• Experience with cross-border payments/acquiring.
• Deep understanding of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay.
• Knowledge of APM and cross-border clearing processes.
• Knowledge of EBA Guidelines on ICT and Security Risk.
• Understanding of Asian requirements for payment system risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
