- Investigate and fix product issues, focusing on preventing them in the future.
- Automate manual and repetitive customer requests and routine operations.
- Continuously grow your depth of knowledge on the products you support, as well as expanding to new technologies and domains as you learn.
- 1+ years of experience in development or L3 support.
- Strong Ruby/RoR programming skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Exceptional abilities in investigating, debugging, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of modern web architecture and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Linux, Bash, and Git.
- Willingness to continuously self-develop and share knowledge with the team.
- Intermediate or higher English and Russian (B1+).
