About this role
Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of AI solutions from scratch for an international FX/CFD broker. Fully remote role with high autonomy and growth potential.
Description
We are looking for the first and main Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack) to lead the technical development of AI solutions from scratch. Your task is to build RAG systems, multi-agent processes, and integrate LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) into the broker's real systems (CRM, support, KYC/Compliance, analytics).
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years in backend/full-stack development.
- 2+ years of experience with LLM in production (having 2-3 ready and launched cases).
- Strong stack: RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Tool & Function calling, Python/Node.js, REST API.
- Experience with clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, CI/CD.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in Fintech/Forex/Banks is a plus.
