MTS is looking for a Middle+ / Senior MLOps Engineer to work remotely in Russia. Key skills include MLOps, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience with ML tools.
Requirements
Requirements
- Critical: MLOps, DevOps; Docker, Kubernetes (K8s).
- CI/CD for ML (training and deployment pipelines).
- MLOps tools: MLflow, ClearML, Kubeflow, DVC.
- LLM and Agentic AI (critical).
- Understanding and experience with frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex; support for Multi-Agent and Autonomous Agents.
- Knowledge of RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, Tool Use; working with API LLM providers (OpenAI and analogs).
- Orchestration and observability: Apache Airflow; monitoring ML systems (model quality, data drift, latency, throughput).
- Plus: optimization of LLM inference (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Ollama).
- Additional: Python for automation and custom Airflow operators; vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector) and their operation.
