About this role
Art-Fintech is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI solutions in the financial sector. The role involves managing product processes and delivering MVPs for market pilots.
Description
Art-Fintech has been developing software solutions for the financial sector for over 20 years. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop the AI direction, who will build processes, manage the backlog, and bring the MVP to launch and initial pilots with market participants.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product scenarios across three lines: data, financial product selection, and transaction execution;
- Formulate product logic for AI agent interaction with data, constraints, and auditing;
- Pilot protocols with B2C products of the AI Office;
- Collect benchmark datasets and evaluations based on real user queries;
- Synthesize requirements from business, CDO, architecture, development, compliance, brokers, and AI teams;
- Formulate roadmap and backlog.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in fintech or data products);
- Experience with GenAI / LLM / AI assistants or agents;
- Understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations;
- Practical experience in evaluation: benchmark datasets, quality criteria, labeling, and error analysis;
- Understanding of the financial domain: stocks, bonds, funds, derivatives, quotes, liquidity, yield, and risk;
- Willingness to work independently with data, metrics, and prototypes;
- High autonomy and ability to work in uncertain conditions.

- Fully remote work format;
- Candidate must be located in Russia;
- Full-time employment (5/2 schedule);
- Salary up to 350,000 ₽ net.
