About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Web3 / Crypto).

Responsibilities

• Bring projects to launch on Alpha-programs and similar initiatives at leading crypto exchanges
• Develop relationships with exchange listing/BD teams, and engage directly with founders and Head of BD at crypto projects planning a TGE or listing
• Build and manage your own pipeline, handing off qualified opportunities to close

Requirements

• Has sold listings, marketing packages, Loan MM, Alpha, Launchpool, or other exchange products
• Has an active network among crypto projects planning TGE, listing, or fundraising
• Has negotiated directly with founders, CEOs, and listing teams
• Has a proven track record of building strong B2B relationships with crypto projects
• Have the relentless drive to build and close deals in a fast-moving industry
• Hungry for big wins and motivated by high earnings potential
• Organized, independent, and thrive without close supervision
