Bitget is seeking a Senior Counsel for Regulatory and Licensing to manage licensing strategies, regulatory inquiries, and build relationships with regulators in a remote, full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute licensing strategies across key markets.
- Handle regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators.
- Advise product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Operationalize new licenses from zero to one.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or similar.
- Solid experience with licensing/authorizations and regulatory interactions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
