A product IT company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to analyze data, design A/B tests, and create dashboards for analytics.
Description
A product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for major companies, including globally recognized ones, primarily in the field of entertainment online services.
Responsibilities

- Data analysis — statistics and web analytics logs;
- Design and validation of A/B experiments;
- Analysis of product changes, promo mechanics;
- Creation of dashboards for regular analytics and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements

- Relevant experience in data analytics for at least 4 years;
- Database stack: MySQL (or analogs), ClickHouse (or analogs);
- Proficient knowledge of SQL (window functions, query optimization);
- Analysis of A/B testing results;
- Knowledge of Python, including libraries for data analysis (numpy/pandas/scipy/statmodels/sklearn, etc.);
- Experience with BI systems (Power BI or analogs);
- Understanding of key product metrics (LTV, ARPU, Retention, etc.);
- Ability to document results effectively;
- Analytical thinking, communication skills, ability to work in a team, interest in self-development.
