Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap and delivery of platform infrastructure;
- Balance service reliability with investments in engineering speed;
- Develop observability, on-call, incident response, SLA/SLO, and Production Readiness Reviews;
- Partner with Product Engineering, Security, and Data on infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience and 5+ years managing engineering teams;
- Experience leading infrastructure, platform, or developer-productivity teams for consumer products;
- Knowledge of AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code;
- Experience operating scalable production systems with high availability and performance requirements.
