Senior Frontend Engineer

What You Will Do

• Build new games on a common gaming engine: game field, bets and chips, round history, win animations, and other game mechanics.
• Develop 2D scenes on Pixi.js and 3D bonus games on Three.js / react-three-fiber, including working with custom GLSL shaders.
• Integrate Rive animations and manage their state machine directly from game logic.
• Synchronize the interface with the game round in real-time: game phases, bet acceptance, results, and payouts come via WebSocket, including correct handling after reconnection.
• Develop and optimize the video player: work with latency, stream recovery, and quality metrics.
• Ensure smooth and stable game performance on mobile browsers.
• Collaborate with game and motion designers: integrate and refine assets to production-ready state, as well as improve and simplify their workflow.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript: hooks, Suspense, rendering optimization.
• Practical experience with Canvas/WebGL and libraries like Pixi.js, Three.js or similar.
• Understanding of real-time interface principles: WebSocket, reconnections, event handling out of order.
• Experience with state management: Jotai, Zustand, Redux or similar.
• Experience writing tests: Vitest/Jest, Testing Library.
• Understanding of frontend architecture and ability to make technical decisions independently.
• Ability to optimize the performance of complex interactive interfaces.
