Description
IT-hunter is an IT recruiting agency. We are looking for a hands-on Go developer for a technology platform for construction management — not a manager, but an engineer capable of independently designing and writing key services of the product.
Responsibilities

- Design and develop backend services from scratch
- Make technical and architectural decisions and implement them in code
- Build microservice and event-driven architecture
- Work with PostgreSQL and system performance
- Ensure reliability, observability, and approaches for future scaling
- Conduct code reviews and gradually influence the engineering practices of the team
Requirements

- Strong commercial experience in Go development
- Deep understanding of concurrency: goroutines, channels, context
- Experience with graceful shutdown, background workers, profiling
- Microservices, stateless services, Sync/Async interaction
- Experience with event-driven systems
- Strong PostgreSQL skills: schemas, indexes, transactions, MVCC, isolation levels, query optimization
- Experience developing production systems where performance, reliability, and observability were critical
