Description
Mish is a large-scale HR platform at the federal level, featuring a public contour (similar to a job portal) and a closed internal contour (document flow and HR processes).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Decomposing the monolith and developing new microservices
- Fault-tolerant integrations: Kafka, idempotency, Transactional Outbox, retry, DLQ
- Distributed systems: locks, schedulers, caching, graceful degradation
- Performance optimization: SQL, indexes, eliminating N+1, JVM profiling
- Orchestrating business processes (Netflix Conductor / Camunda)
Requirements
Requirements
- Over 5 years of commercial development experience in Java
- Java 21+ (project stack — Java 21–25), Spring Boot, Apache Kafka
- PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexes, transactions
- Experience designing high-load, fault-tolerant systems
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Higher education
