Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening to offer
- Search for strong candidates through LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and professional networks
- Implement targeted search strategies and headhunting of passive candidates
- Advise clients on position requirements, draft and improve job descriptions, and provide market analytics
- Conduct structured screenings and competency-based interviews
- Build and maintain an active candidate pool
- Negotiate offers, pre-closing, and salary, track recruitment metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in HR or a recruiting agency
- Proven experience in direct search and headhunting through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks
- Experience managing international projects and sourcing candidates in different markets
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills
- Analytical thinking, high self-organization, and ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
