About this role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage complex positions and work with international clients in the iGaming sector.
Description

Responsibilities
- Close full-cycle Senior / Lead / C-level positions.
- Conduct in-depth briefings with clients to identify real business needs and develop search strategies.
- Build effective approaches for candidate search and evaluation.
- Analyze hiring funnels and improve processes based on data.
- Act as a partner for clients in hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming recruitment.
- Proficient in English (B2+) - must have.
- Ability to work with international searches and LinkedIn.
- Responsible for results and able to independently manage processes.
