HR InX is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for senior, lead, and C-level positions in the iGaming and Web3 industries.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Senior, Lead, and C-level positions
- Conduct briefings with clients and develop search strategies
- Build effective candidate search and evaluation processes
- Analyze the recruitment funnel and improve processes based on data
- Advise clients and support hiring decisions
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming recruitment
- English language proficiency from B2 (mandatory)
- Experience in international candidate search and working with LinkedIn
- Independence, responsibility, and results-oriented
