Join Omniverse as a Senior Recruiter, managing the full recruitment cycle for IT and Digital companies. Work remotely with a strong team and interesting vacancies.

Omniverse is a recruiting agency working with large IT and Digital companies, with over 2000 closed vacancies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and supporting candidates
- Close Digital, IT, Affiliate, and non-IT vacancies of various levels
- Work with complex senior, lead, and C-Level positions
- Interact with clients and understand search tasks
- Work with a candidate database and professional network
- Use LinkedIn, job sites, X-ray, Boolean Search, and other tools
- Collaborate with the team and share expertise
Requirements
- Strong senior recruiter with experience in iGaming
- Independence and maturity in work
- Strong sourcing skills and developed professional network
- Experience in closing Digital / IT / Affiliate / non-IT vacancies independently
- Experience working with senior, lead, and C-Level candidates
- Active LinkedIn and confident in Boolean Search
- English at B2 level is an advantage
