Joom Group is an international technology group of e-commerce companies with offices in Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, China, and Germany.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Experiment with sourcing channels, outreach formats, evaluation methods, and AI tools
- Independently source and attract passive candidates, analyze talent markets, and build pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers on position profiles and candidate requirements
- Provide market analytics and consult hiring managers
- Negotiate and close offers with strong candidates
- Improve hiring processes, test new approaches, and scale effective solutions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both tech and non-tech areas
- Strong direct sourcing skills and proven experience in self-sourcing
- Practical experience using or creating AI tools for recruitment
- Experience in changing and optimizing hiring processes through experimentation and testing new approaches
- Good understanding of technical stacks
- Experience working with demanding stakeholders, including hiring managers without prior hiring experience
- Fluent English
