Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, product, and other key positions
- Act as a Talent Partner for hiring managers and team leads
- Anticipate team needs and build talent pipelines
- Develop a network of strong specialists, including passive candidates
- Utilize creative search strategies and new attraction channels
- Analyze the talent market, compensation, and competitive landscape
- Analyze the recruitment funnel, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes
Requirements
Expectations
- Experience as a Senior Recruiter, Tech Recruiter, or Talent Partner in a fast-growing tech environment
- Experience recruiting technical specialists, including Software Engineers, Engineering Leads, Data/AI, and Product
- Experience in a product tech company
- Experience in mobile, gaming, or other B2C digital products is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills and a personal professional network
- Ability to work directly with senior managers and constructively challenge requirements when necessary
- Fluent in English and Russian
