- Experience in commercial development with Java for at least 4 years
- Strong knowledge of backend development and microservices architecture
- Proficient in SQL and experience in query optimization
- Understanding of development principles (SOLID, DRY, WET...)
- Experience in backend development for mobile applications
- Experience with high-load systems
- Experience with Scala; Experience with Quarkus
- Experience working in a product team
- Ability to find simple and effective solutions
- Responsibility for results
- Teamwork and openness to discussion
