Join Tailscale as a Senior Manager of Developer Relations to lead and scale their DevRel team and initiatives.
Description

Responsibilities
- Formulate and develop the strategic Developer Relations function and its roadmap.
- Lead the DevRel team: hire, develop specialists, and allocate responsibilities.
- Scale programs through technical content, integrations, videos, demos, workshops, events, and community.
- Connect developer insights and metrics with product initiatives and growth strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations, developer advocacy, engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of managing and developing technical specialists or scaling the DevRel function.
- Strong technical background and ability to communicate persuasively with developers and technical decision-makers.
- Experience in building multi-channel DevRel programs, strategies, roadmaps, and measurable product or business outcomes.
