Responsibilities
- Develop research prototypes and reliable systems at the intersection of models, providers, and agent runtimes.
- Build model routing considering quality, cost, latency, capabilities, and reliability.
- Create portable layers for context, identity, provenance, and memory in agent systems.
- Design benchmark suites and evaluation protocols for models, routers, and agent skills.
Requirements
- Experience in ML for large language models or agentic systems, including tool use and multi-step scenarios.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills for production systems.
- Experience with API, data schemas, distributed services, testing, observability, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of security, privacy, provenance, permissions, and failure modes in agent systems.
