Join Salmon as a Senior People Operations Specialist to manage HR support across multiple countries, lead automation projects, and enhance HR processes in a fully remote role.
Description
Salmon is a technology financial company developing a banking and credit platform in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate with EOR and PEO providers across various jurisdictions.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other people-related matters.
- Lead projects for automating and improving HR processes from task definition to implementation.
- Ensure accuracy and readiness for audits of HR data and employee records.
- Identify opportunities for standardizing and automating regular HR tasks.
- Work with HRIS, workflow tools, and self-service solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in People Operations managing the full employee lifecycle independently.
- Experience supporting employees in multiple countries and jurisdictions in an international or distributed company.
- Practical experience working with EOR providers, including Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster, Multiplier, or similar.
- Experience participating in or leading HR automation and digitization projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and HR-tech tools, as well as spreadsheets and automation tools.
