- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing. - Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance. - Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements. - Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans. - Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team. - Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes. - Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.

- Proven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies. - Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java). - Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus. - Solid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflows. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment.
