Join QuickNode as a Senior Go Engineer to design and scale blockchain RPC services, focusing on distributed systems and developer experience.
Description
As a Senior Go Engineer on the RPC Platform team at Quicknode, you will design, build, and scale the critical infrastructure that powers high-performance blockchain RPC services used by developers and enterprises globally.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go.
- Architect distributed systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery from design through production.
- Improve uptime and reduce latency across services.
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DevEx teams.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Drive engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience building and operating backend or distributed systems in high-scale production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable systems.
- Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
