Responsibilities
- Engage in technical interactions with clients and assist in closing complex deals with Sales.
- Conduct technical presentations, demos, and assessments for potential and existing clients.
- Translate client needs into solutions using Grafana Labs technologies.
- Provide product and market insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, preferably with open-source technologies or in monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with remote teams and clients worldwide.
- Ability to understand complex technical issues and offer creative solutions to clients.
- Technical mindset and desire for professional development in engineering.
