Join StackAdapt as a Senior Staff People Technologist to lead the development of People Technology systems and enhance employee experiences through automation and AI.
Description
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, automation, AI, and organizational enablement and partners with the broader People & Culture team as well as IT and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the end-to-end People Technology roadmap.
- Lead the centralization and optimization of People Tech systems.
- Design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows.
- Act as the primary hub in a hub-and-spoke model.
- Build and maintain API integrations and cross-system data flows.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience owning and administering a portfolio of HR technology systems.
- Deep expertise in automation, AI-powered workflows, and system integrations.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to support a multi-year technology roadmap.
- Experience operating in a hub-and-spoke or shared-services model.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
