About this role
Join Got it Life as a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to create an innovative AI-based mental health app. Remote position with flexible hours.

Got it Life is a Silicon Valley startup creating an innovative AI-based mental health application.
Responsibilities
- Full design process: Leading design from initial research and conceptual exploration to detailed UI, prototyping, user testing, and final handoff to developers.
- Strategic product thinking: Going beyond task execution. Contributing to product strategy by defining user problems, conceptualizing new features, and creating user flows and journey maps that align with both user needs and business goals.
- Creation and maintenance: Developing and evolving a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product surfaces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer with a primary focus on mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Strong portfolio is a must, including:
- Product and strategic thinking: You think in terms of user problems and business outcomes, not just pixels. You can argue why you made a particular design decision, not just what you created.
- Deep understanding of trends: Keen awareness of modern UI patterns, micro-interactions, and mobile design trends (e.g., based on iOS HIG and Material Design). You know when to follow a trend and when not to for the user's benefit.
- Technical skills: Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping). Experience with other prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Protopie) is a plus.
