Description
SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex digital products across web, mobile, and interactive platforms
- Own the user experience from discovery to delivery, translating business goals and user needs into impactful product solutions
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, scope, and priorities
- Create and oversee high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and final UI designs
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Drive and evolve scalable design systems, UI libraries, and brand consistency across products
- Ensure high design quality and consistency through design reviews and developer collaboration
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and design direction
- Advocate for user-centered design and UX best practices across the organization
- Stay ahead of product design trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior patterns
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in gaming, tech, or SaaS industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows (additional tools are a plus)
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Proven experience designing responsive and adaptive experiences for complex products
- Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating cross-functionally at a senior level
- Ability to think strategically and balance user needs with business and technical constraints
- Experience contributing to or leading design systems at scale
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
- Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
- Resilience and comfort with navigating ambiguity in a fast paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, result-oriented
