Playtech is seeking a Shift Manager for their Live Casino operations in Lima, Peru. The role involves overseeing operations, managing incidents, and ensuring a positive work environment.

- Comprehensive supervision of the operation and building: Ensure continuous operation of broadcasting floors, facilities, and operational areas during the shift, efficiently coordinating with other departments and managing supply usage and inventory.
- Incident management, risk, and fraud prevention: Actively monitor operations to detect technical failures immediately, supervise compliance with operational standards, identify potential fraud cases for referral to Business Intelligence (BI), and decide to stop or cancel games in case of operational risks.
- Licensee support and executive communication: Manage complaints or claims from licensees and players with diplomacy and confidentiality, prepare periodic reports of errors and significant incidents, and keep senior management informed.
- Leadership, work climate, and team integration: Coordinate operational staff, ensure professional and emotional integration of new employees, promote a respectful environment, and provide continuous constructive feedback.
- Support for management and innovation: Participate in testing new tables, functions, and live gaming software, contributing improvement proposals for studio operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in similar positions (supervision of operations, shift management in casino/live casino or related roles).
- Education: Completed secondary education (Technical or Higher education preferred).
- Language skills: Advanced English (fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in a corporate environment).
- Computer knowledge: Experienced user level of MS Office and proficiency in email tools.
- Interpersonal skills and conflict management: Excellent competencies to cooperate with people from diverse cultures, promote a positive work climate, and diplomatically resolve conflicts under stressful situations.
- Leadership and communication: Ability to clearly convey procedures, motivate, teach innovations, provide constructive feedback, and coordinate work teams.
- Agility and sense of responsibility: Ability to react quickly to contingencies, understand the essence of problems, and propose independent solutions with high precision and attention to detail.
- Learning ability: Quick to assimilate new processes, operational regulations, and software updates.
- Operational physical aptitude: Ability to move constantly through broadcasting rooms, visual agility in monitoring live screens, and quick motor response (complying with the company's safety and inclusion policies).
