- Work with the company’s global database platform daily operations.
- Plan and execute all aspects of database administration.
- Install and upgrade databases and high-availability solutions.
- Develop automation, monitoring, and other tooling.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for database-related incidents.
- Solid hands-on experience with MySQL database administration.
- Good understanding of general IT concepts, especially networks and Linux/Unix.
- Collaborative team player open to new ideas.
- Basic to intermediate scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS database services is a plus.
