About this role
We are looking for a strong SMM Manager to join our fast-growing international wellness EdTech platform, focusing on self-development with over 300 courses in English.
Description
We are a rapidly growing international platform in the field of self-development and wellness with 300+ courses in English and an audience of several hundred thousand people.
Responsibilities
- Develop Instagram and increase reach;
- Create and scale viral Reels;
- Explore new content formats;
- Develop influencer marketing direction;
- Work with UGC creators and models;
- Test hypotheses with the creative & marketing team.
Requirements
- Experience managing large brands/international projects;
- Experience working with English-speaking audiences;
- Reels cases with 1M+ views;
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content;
- Experience in influencer marketing: finding influencers and UGC models, negotiations, setting tasks, launching integrations, and analyzing results;
- English B2+;
- Ability to work with analytics and find scalable formats;
- Interest in AI tools.
