Responsibilities
- Own meaningful, customer-facing work from day one.
- Ship products and iterate quickly.
- Build reinforcement learning and post-training data pipelines.
- Develop evaluation infrastructure for model reliability.
- Ship agentic AI applications and tooling.
- Build fraud-detection systems.
- Use models to estimate task quality.
- Devise advanced matching algorithms.
- Create optimized UI/UX tooling.
- Develop new AI infrastructure products.
- Build a customer service RAG application.
- Integrate ML models into retention systems.
Requirements
- Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Product engineering experience, including building web apps and integrating APIs.
- Previous Product/Software Engineering internship experience.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products.
- Experience processing large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Python, Typescript, React, and/or MongoDB.
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience with LLMs or agentic systems, open source contributions.
Conditions & Benefits
- Base salary range: $124,000 — $162,000 USD.
- Equity and benefits including health, dental, vision coverage, retirement benefits, learning stipend, and generous PTO.
- Additional benefits may include a commuter stipend.
- 90-day waiting period for reconsideration for the same role.
