Responsibilities
- Define architecture, performance, and reliability of backend services.

- Conduct design reviews, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Python and experience with high-load backend services.
- Design and develop public APIs and scalable service architectures.
- Experience with observability and performance optimization of production systems.
- Lead projects with multiple engineers, written communication, and accountability for production.
