- 10+ years backend engineering experience
- 3+ years at Staff level or equivalent
- Strong production experience in Go, Rust, Java, C++
- Hands-on Go experience or readiness to ramp on Go
- Proven track record building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS
- Experience with gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching
- Production-grade use of AI coding tools like Claude Code
