Tax Resource Management - Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource Planning & Allocation

- Assist Tax RM Manager with daily staffing and scheduling activities. - Monitor staff workloads and identify potential overutilization or underutilization concerns. - Coordinate staffing requests and communicate assignments to stakeholders. - Maintain accurate and timely staffing, capacity and assignment information within the designated RM processes and tools. - Follow staffing requests and assignments through to completion and proactively escalate conflicts, capacity constraints and unresolved requests to the Tax RM manager.

• Stakeholder Support

- Partner with Tax RM Manager and Engagement Managers to understand upcoming staffing needs. - Serve as point of contact for engagement teams and Resource Management for routine questions and requests. - Coordinate across US and BGLR teams, managing handoffs and priorities across time zones. - Participate in staffing meetings and document action items and staffing decisions and manage action items through completion. - Provide timely updates regarding resource availability and scheduling changes.

• Process Improvement

- Support initiatives focused on improving staffing processes and reporting accuracy. - Identify opportunities to streamline workforce management activities. - Assist in documenting resource management procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Project Coordination, Operations, HR Analytics, or related fields. - Experience with professional services, consulting, accounting, or outsourcing organizations is preferred. - Experience with Tax Resource Management preferred.

• Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. - High attention to detail and data accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and reporting. - Familiarity with workforce planning, scheduling, or project management tools is preferred. - Ability to manage competing priorities independently, follow through on open items and escalate issues timely and appropriately.
