We are looking for a Team Lead for Google Ads in the Crypto/Gambling sector, focusing on aggressive scaling and team management.
Responsibilities
- Playing coach: you will run your campaigns (set the benchmark) and manage a team of buyers.
- Scale: allocate budgets (starting from $5k/day) and maximize the team's connections.
- Strategy: implement top approaches (PMax, Demand Gen, strict moderation bypass in crypto).
- Orchestration: set tasks for the farming department and tech team so your buyers can focus on pouring and testing.
Requirements
- Experience in Google Ads for at least 2 years (your personal spend from $2k/day in tough niches).
- Experience in managing or mentoring buyers.
- Knowledge of the ins and outs of crypto: cloaking, bans, postbacks, Keitaro.
- Ability to think in metrics (EPC, CR, ROI, LTV) and ruthlessly cut negative tests.
