About this role
We are looking for a strong Team Lead / Head of Farming to effectively build processes within the team, focusing on account farming for arbitration teams and media buyers.
Description
We are a product company working in several areas. Our main focus now is account farming for arbitration teams and media buyers.
Responsibilities
- Building and optimizing account farming processes
- Testing new approaches (anti-detect, warming up, proxies, etc.)
- Working with sources: Facebook, Google (TikTok is desirable)
- Managing a team of farmers
- Quality control of accounts (survivability, stability)
- Generating hypotheses and implementing them
- Training the current team and enhancing their expertise
Requirements
Hard skills:
- Experience in account farming — mandatory
- Experience working with Facebook and Google
- Understanding of TikTok — a plus
- Experience as a Team Lead or Strong Senior
- Understanding of arbitration infrastructure
Soft skills:
- Proactivity and initiative
- High responsibility
- Focus on one job
- Ability to train and lead a team
