- Work hands-on with the team in the first months, then transition to processes and automation
- Eliminate SPOF in production
- Establish monitoring and alerts for failures
- Automate the release of changes without manual steps
- Ensure predictable delivery of changes and plan technical development
- Collaborate with the product team to design a core that quickly launches new products
Requirements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Go and infrastructure: Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring
- Experience with production responsibility: real incidents, incident analysis, system changes based on outcomes
- PHP knowledge sufficient for reading and reviewing: part of the system is in PHP, migrating to Go
- Experience in mentoring or leading developers and a desire to grow in management
- AI in development: specific examples of how it speeds up your work and readiness to implement it in the team
- Ability to discuss solutions with the product team in business language and a calm attitude towards feedback
