Evercode Lab is looking for a Middle Technical Project Manager to join their ambitious team in St. Petersburg. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of features and managing technical challenges in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Delivering new functionality to users on time. Ensuring all stages are completed — from development to deployment;
- Decomposing product features and business tasks together with the development and QA team. Ability to break down complex tasks into smaller components and define their interconnections;
- Solving operational and technical business problems, including eliminating bottlenecks, blockers, and closing risks;
- Ensuring the relevance and accuracy of documentation in your area of responsibility and supporting documentation in related areas with the help of specialists.
Requirements
- Ability to get to the essence, find the root of the problem, and solve it;
- Skills in systems analysis and decomposing business tasks into technical assignments with clear stages;
- Willingness to adapt to rapid changes in context and flexibility in work, ability to bring order and achieve results;
- Developed systemic thinking and the ability to make justified technical decisions;
- Ability to take responsibility for the results of your work.
Conditions & Benefits
- Technical background (developer, QA, systems/business analyst) is a plus;
- Experience leading a technical direction (development, QA, analyst) is a plus.
