- Conduct in-depth research on how novice, intermediate, and professional users choose between copy trading, bots, and self-built strategies, translating insights into product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, quantitative research, AI, risk control, design, and operations teams to clarify requirements and continuously drive high-quality product launches.
- Continuously track the latest trends in copy trading, quantitative tools, and AI investment products, forming your own judgments rather than mechanically replicating features.
- Drive the optimization of classic bot strategies, design comprehensible strategy parameters, explore AI strategies, and implement features for strategy performance and attribution display.
- Optimize the discovery and trust system for traders, enhance the copy trading configuration and risk control experience, build multi-category copy trading, and design position transparency and trust signals.
- Genuine interest in trading behavior and financial products, with the ability to quickly identify core logic in complex areas rather than staying at surface-level features.
- Strong independent drive; when requirements are unclear, you proactively define goals and clarify paths instead of waiting to be pushed.
- Ability to understand user psychology in risk decision scenarios: why users choose a particular trader, stop a bot midway, adjust parameters, or completely lose trust.
- Clear product judgment: you can identify whether a copy trading interface or strategy configuration page effectively communicates complex information and whether risk displays could be misleading.
- Good cross-functional communication skills, able to build consensus between technology, quantitative research, risk control, and business rather than just relaying messages.
