Testing Lead

You Will Do

• Develop core business testing strategies, clarifying release criteria, risk coverage, defect standards, and quality outcome indicators.
• Build and continuously evolve the automated testing framework, linking coverage, regression efficiency, and CI/CD reliability to real release risks.
• Design the testing team structure, covering tiered development, goal management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and talent cultivation.
• Promote earlier integration of testing into product, development, and security processes to identify and mitigate key risks before release.
• Evaluate new testing tools, security testing methods, and industry practices, solidifying effective methods into reusable standards.

You Need to Have

• Experience leading quality engineering systems for high-scale internet or Web3 products, understanding the real impact of failures on users, assets, and security.
• Ability to design a complete testing system covering functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation, not just managing execution progress.
• Experience building large testing teams with clear design of hierarchy, goals, assessment mechanisms, and talent growth paths.
• Ability to discuss trade-offs equally with development, product, and security leads, clearly communicating quality risks before key decisions.

• Industry influence in testing, quality engineering, security testing, or Web3 engineering communities.
• Experience building automated testing frameworks adopted by multiple teams.
• Participation in industry standards, open-source testing tools, or security testing practices.
