- Establish and optimize a comprehensive data analysis framework based on different business stages or specific issues.
- Innovate and improve new analysis methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy in business analysis.
- Deeply explore data value, identify trends, and provide improvement suggestions to support business decisions, including trading and financial product analysis.
- Collaborate with other business teams (such as product, operations, marketing) to enhance business efficiency through data-driven approaches.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance. 3-5 years of work experience.
- Strong data extraction and analysis skills, proficient in SQL, familiar with BI tools like DataWind.
- Sensitive to data, clear logic, framework thinking, and deep understanding of business processes to identify issues promptly.
- Proactive, resilient under pressure, adaptable, and a team player.
- Bonus: Relevant experience in AI.
- Must communicate fluently in English without barriers, involving direct communication with foreigners.
