- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with respondents from the B2B segment
- Manage research at all stages: gather requests from clients, formulate goals and hypotheses, choose methods, attract respondents independently and with recruiters, analyze results, and present findings
- Use various research methods: interviews, surveys, observation, usability testing, desk research
Requirements
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a UX researcher in a product team
- Close collaboration with the development team, understanding of product development processes, roles, and product approach
- Experience in conducting qualitative research; experience in quantitative research or theoretical knowledge is a plus
- Experience working in B2B or with multiple user personas in B2C
- Experience with research processes in a team
- Ability to brief clients, take an active position and initiative, argue your position, and advocate for the user
