Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Active sourcing of IT candidates for complex developer, DevOps, Data Scientists, QA, and other specialist requests.
- Working with international platforms: LinkedIn (including X-Ray search), GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram chats, specialized English-speaking forums.
- Initial qualification of found candidates for technical profile compliance (ability to read developer resumes, understand technology stacks).
- Writing personalized letters and messages to candidates in Russian and English (cold outreach).
- Forming and maintaining a warm talent pool in CRM.
- Supporting IT recruiters: preparing long lists, gathering contacts, initial screening based on formal criteria.
Requirements

- English level not lower than B2 (Upper-Intermediate): confident reading of documentation, writing business letters, and conducting short oral pre-screenings.
- High level of digital literacy.
- Diligence and readiness to work with large data sets, attention to detail.
- Desire to develop specifically in the field of IT recruitment (experience in recruitment will be a huge plus, but candidates without experience with a strong analytical mindset are welcome).
- Willingness to complete a small test assignment (simple boolean query and a short cold email text).
