Description
This is a core strategy and operations role within VIP business, serving as the strategic operating brain behind our VIP client franchise.
Responsibilities
- Define the VIP Business Operations Strategy
- Build the VIP Client Management Model
- Enable RMs with Actionable Strategies
- Lead High-Impact Business Initiatives
- Drive Data-Informed Iteration and Capability Building
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial operations, user growth, client management, or business strategy
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to quickly understand business models
- Proven ability to manage the full strategy cycle
- Strong client-management mindset
- Strong analytical thinking
- Structured problem-solving and strong cross-functional leadership
- A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong interest in and understanding of cryptocurrency, trading products, and Web3
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
